Thames South TSH's Full Induction Programme
Thames South TSH is proud to partner with UCL Institute of Education to deliver their ‘outstanding’ full induction programme of support for early career teachers and their mentors. UCL Institute of Education is ranked Number 1 for Education in the QS World University Rankings. They are a world-leading centre for research and teaching in education.
Through a blended learning approach, including face to face sessions, self-directed study and online discussions, our highly experienced programme facilitators support early career teachers through phase-specific cluster groups located in Bromley, Bexley and Greenwich.If you are a school or trust with a large number of ECTs and mentors (12 or more in total) and would like to explore running your own internal cluster group, please contact us to arrange a discussion.
Our committed team at Thames South TSH is here to support ECTs, Mentors and Induction Tutors throughout the programme, guiding them through the requirements, materials and online learning platform, UCLeXtend.
Over 98% of our 2023 cohort of ECTs and Mentors were satisfied with the programme at the end of Year 1!
